DM “COACHING” to book a slot⭐️

❤️Who is looking after YOU while you’re supporting your child?

When you’re parenting a child who is struggling in school, it’s easy to spend so much time worrying, attending meetings, sending emails and fighting for support that you forget about yourself.

That constant feeling of anxiety when the phone rings. The sleepless nights. The frustration of not being heard. The overwhelming feeling that you’re constantly battling for your child.

But what about YOU? ❤️

Alongside my work in parent advocacy, I’m also a qualified mBIT Coach (Multiple Brain Integration Techniques), and I’d love to offer parents another way to access support through Bright Path.

🌿 What is mBIT coaching?

It’s a coaching approach that explores the connection between your head (thoughts), heart (emotions) and gut (instincts), helping you develop greater self-awareness and make decisions with more clarity and confidence.

Through 1:1 coaching, we can work together to help you:

❤️ Feel less overwhelmed by everyday challenges.

🌿 Rebuild your confidence and trust in yourself.

❤️ Find clarity when everything feels too much.

🌿 Develop healthier boundaries and prioritise your wellbeing.

❤️ Feel more confident navigating difficult situations.

🌿 Rediscover who you are beyond being a parent and advocate.

As a parent of a neurodivergent child myself, I understand just how exhausting the education journey can be.

Bright Path isn’t just about advocating for your child. It’s about supporting you, too.

You don’t have to be at breaking point to ask for help, and you certainly shouldn’t feel guilty about taking some time for yourself.

💌 I’m now welcoming enquiries for 1:1 mBIT coaching. If you’d like to find out more, please send me a private message or email [email protected]

Does this sound familiar?

For so many parents of neurodivergent children, the school day is filled with worry, anxiety and uncertainty.

That sinking feeling when your phone rings during school hours. The constant fear of another incident, another meeting, another phone call asking you to collect your child.

Perhaps you’re being told your child is disruptive, refusing to follow instructions or struggling with their behaviour, but you know there’s so much more going on beneath the surface.

Maybe you’ve been asking for support for months, attending endless meetings and feeling like nobody is really listening.

You shouldn’t have to fight to get your child the support they need and deserve. ❤️

At Bright Path, we understand how exhausting and isolating navigating the education system can be, particularly when you feel your child’s needs aren’t being recognised or understood.

We offer independent parent advocacy, guidance and support to help you navigate difficult situations with schools, including:

🌿 Understanding your child’s needs and the support available.

🌿 Preparing for and attending school meetings.

🌿 Concerns around behaviour, suspensions and exclusions.

🌿 Communicating with schools when relationships have become difficult.

🌿 Helping you understand your options and feel more confident advocating for your child.

You don’t have to navigate this alone.

Whether you’re at breaking point or simply feel something isn’t right, we’re here to listen, offer guidance and help you find a way forward.

💌Send us a private message or email [email protected] to have an initial conversation about how we can support you and your child.

Because every child deserves to feel safe, understood and supported in school. And every parent deserves to feel heard. ❤️
