🌟 Meet the Growing Tiny Minds Team! 🌟

Our weekly Meet the Team series continues, giving you the chance to get to know the fantastic people who help make Growing Tiny Minds such a wonderful place to learn and grow.

This week, we'd like to introduce Ruben, one of our Preschool Assistants. 💚

Hi, I'm Ruben! 👋

I joined the Growing Tiny Minds team in April 2023 and have been working with children for over six years in both preschools and nurseries. Alongside my role here, I also coach both men's and children's football, which has given me a real passion for encouraging teamwork, confidence, and staying active.

I love spending time outdoors with the children, helping them explore, build confidence, and enjoy a wide range of physical activities through play. Seeing children challenge themselves and achieve new milestones is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.

I recently achieved my NVQ Level 3 qualification and have also taken on the important role of becoming one of our Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs). I'm proud to help ensure every child at Growing Tiny Minds feels safe, supported, and able to thrive in a happy and nurturing environment. ⚽

This week, we’d like to introduce Paula. 💚

Hi, I’m Paula! 👋

I have been part of the Growing Tiny Minds team since 2016 and hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Childcare.

I have a real interest in nature and love helping children discover the wonders of the outdoors. Whether it’s heading off on a bug hunt, exploring the garden, or learning about the world around us, I enjoy making outdoor play fun, exciting, and full of discovery.

One thing to know about me is that I’m not the greatest singer, so you may want to protect your ears if you’re nearby at song time! 🎶😂

This week, we'd like to introduce Abbie, one of our Room Leads. 💚

Hi, I'm Abbie! 👋

I have over 10 years of experience in childcare, having worked in a variety of roles, including nannying. After taking some time out to raise my two children, I've loved getting back to doing what I'm most passionate about.

I really enjoy being part of each child's journey, supporting them as they grow, learn, and develop into confident little individuals. Every day brings something new, and it's a privilege to help children reach their milestones and discover the world around them.

Creating a warm, happy, and nurturing environment where children feel safe to explore, play, and build their confidence is something I'm truly passionate about, and I feel very lucky to be part of the Growing Tiny Minds team. 💚

This week, we'd like to introduce our Preschool Manager, Victoria. 💚

Hi, I'm Victoria! 👋

I've been part of the Growing Tiny Minds family since 2010, and I absolutely love watching our little learners grow into confident, independent children who are ready to begin their school journeys. Seeing their progress and being part of their early years is incredibly rewarding.

I hold a Diploma in Nursery Nursing and am fully trained in First Aid and Safeguarding, so providing a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for every child is always my priority.

When I'm not at preschool, you'll usually find me enjoying long walks... or indulging in my favourite food – cheese! 🧀😊

I'm looking forward to continuing to support our wonderful children and families and helping every child flourish at Growing Tiny Minds. 💚
