🌟 What a brilliant term of enrichment clubs at Spring Vale! 🌟

We’ve loved seeing so many of our pupils getting stuck into all the different clubs on offer this term 🙌

From getting creative in Art Club 🎨, to burning off energy in cricket ⚽, to performing in circus skills - there’s been something for everyone! It’s been amazing to see new skills, confidence and friendships growing each week 💫

A massive thank you to our staff - we really appreciate you ❤️
And well done to all of our pupils for giving things a go and making the most of these opportunities… you’ve been fantastic! 👏

We can’t wait to see what next term brings! 😄

Letters for the next round will be out soon - come to see Mrs Kelly with any ideas!

Our EYFS children had an exciting visit from a fire engine today! The firefighters showed us how the engine works and explained the important tools they use to help keep people safe. The children loved seeing the flashing lights and hearing the siren. We learnt about the different ways firefighters help in emergencies, from putting out fires to rescuing people. The visit helped us understand the role of real-life heroes in our community.

Our Lower KS2 children had a fantastic time today enjoying a special visit from the Wolverhampton Music School teachers! 🎶✨

The children loved listening to and watching live performances on a wide range of musical instruments, and there were plenty of smiles as they grooved along to the music too! 🎷🥁🎺

It was a wonderful opportunity to inspire a love of music and introduce the children to different sounds, rhythms and instruments. Thank you to Wolverhampton Music School for such an engaging and enjoyable experience! 🎵

Our Year 3 children had a fantastic time celebrating Numeracy Day by becoming park planners for the afternoon 🌳➕💰

The children worked in partners to plan and budget for their own parks, taking part in a competition to create the best park for the cheapest cost. They carefully considered their spending, discussed ideas thoughtfully and used excellent numeracy skills throughout the challenge.

The children absolutely loved the activity and took their roles very seriously, showing great teamwork, creativity and problem-solving skills. Well done, Year 3! 👏✨

Fly, Fly Butterfly!

Our Reception children have been captivated over the past few weeks as they observed the incredible life cycle of butterflies right before their eyes. From tiny caterpillars to beautiful butterflies, the children were excited to witness each stage of this fascinating transformation.

To complete the experience we have now released our butterflies outside, into their natural habitat.

This memorable experience supported our learning about growth, change, and caring for living things, while also inspiring a sense of wonder about nature and the world around.
