Mixing the graceful steps of Ballroom and the up tempo steps of the Latin dances together to create a really fun, energetic and effective way to stay fit and keep trim that appeals to everyone, even if you cant dance. Hi Everyone, just to let you know that we do an on line fitness class each Friday with Yuriy who broadcasts to our group live from New York where he is stuck at the moment. He's a great teacher ...he's doing a Salsa class this Friday at 7pm....although he usually does a fitness class for us at that time but he's mixing it around this week as its his speciality. If you would like a free pass just message me for the code so you can try it. We do a package of 4 classes per week too which i can send you details on if interested. Best wishes Warren xx

Hi Everyone. hope you are all ok and not going crazy! We just have to get through all this somehow and stay safe. Im going to be uploading videos to my You Tube channel (already got quite a few on there) so if you could go and click 'SUBSCRIBE' to my channel you will be notified each time i upload one. Its totally free too and gives you access to other stuff too.
