As part of Autism Awareness Day last Friday, the children expressed their individuality by wearing something that made them feel special and happy. Some children chose to come in pyjamas, as that's when they feel the happiest! The children also all created a piece of art work to promote kindness!

A huge thank you to all the wonderful children and families for all their donations. Miss Jones's car was packed to the roof with everything that has been brought in and the donations were kindly received at Eastfield Community centre. They are now awaiting transportation over to those most in need.

What an exciting surprise our children in KS1 and LKS2 had yesterday!
The Animal Lady brought in a range of animals from diverse habitats from across the world. Children loved their hands-on experience as they learnt how these animals had adapted to their different environments.

For all those coming to the first of the Mother's Day 'Arts and Craft' afternoon tomorrow, please arrive for 2pm and head down the path, and across to the field, where you will be shown into the dinning room. There will be staff on the gates to direct any parents/carers. The children are looking forward to it! (One will be held tomorrow, Friday, Monday and Tuesday.)
