Great news for families across Dudley and the West Midlands.
This August, children aged 5 to 15 will be able to travel for FREE on participating local bus services across England, helping families save money and make the most of the summer holidays. The scheme will run from 1–31 August, with unlimited journeys and no registration required.
Whether it’s visiting family and friends, enjoying a day out, attending holiday activities or exploring everything our region has to offer, this support will help ease the pressure on household budgets during the school holidays.
For many families, transport costs can quickly add up over the summer. That’s why I welcome this practical measure from Labour to put money back into people’s pockets while helping children access opportunities, activities and experiences across our community.
If you have children aged between 5 and 15, make sure you take advantage of this offer and enjoy everything Dudley, the West Midlands and beyond have to offer this summer.
