We're incredibly proud to share that YMCA Black Country Group has been shortlisted for two national YMCA Youth Matters Awards: YMCA of the Year & Training & Education Project of the Year for our DWP Youth Hub in West Bromwich

These nominations recognise the impact being made every day across the Black Country. From helping young people find employment and develop their confidence, to providing safe housing, early years education and community spaces, this recognition belongs to everyone who has played a part in our journey.

Today we celebrated our wonderful preschool children's Graduation Day! 🎓

It has been an absolute privilege to watch each and every one of them grow, learn, and flourish during their time at YMCA City Gateway. We are so proud of all they have achieved and the amazing little people they have become.

I want to say a huge thank you to all of our families for trusting us to be part of your children's early years journey. Your support and partnership have meant so much to us.

While we are sad to say goodbye, we are also excited to see our preschool leavers begin their next adventure at school. We know they will all go on to achieve wonderful things.

Congratulations to all of our graduates – keep smiling, keep believing in yourselves, and never stop learning. We will miss you all dearly and wish you every success for the future! 🎓💙🩷

What a turn out for our end of year parents evening!!

Thank you so much for everyone that attended. That was the best turn out we have EVER had. Nearly every parent/carer joined us to celebrate their child/children and a very successful year.

We really do appreciate all our families and can not believe that the Summer term is nearly over.

Also thank you for taking the time to vote for staff member of the year. I know all the staff are amazing at what they do and all deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication 👏 so thank you to ALL MY TEAM!!

We will be announcing the winner on Friday and will share the feedback with all the staff.
