Here at Bushbury Nursery School we are halfway through British Science Week.

This year's theme is Growth - we have been planting seeds, using secondary resources to investigate different types of growth and helping children to understand sustainability in simple ways and how we can help to take care of our environment.

Watch this space to see what we have been up to ☺️

World Book Day fun.

Imagine a gender equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination. A world that's diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. Together we can forge women's equality. Collectively we can all break the bias πŸ’—

This is the season of Lohri. December and January are the coldest months of the year in Punjab and huge bonfires are lit on the eve of Sankranti. Sweets, sugarcane and rice are thrown on the bonfires and friends and relatives gather together.

Wishing all our friends and families in Wolverhampton a Happy Gurpurab day x
