Has your child had their 2-2½ year developmental review in the last six months? If so, the council and The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust want your feedback.

The review is offered by the Trust's Health Visiting Service as part of the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme, and takes place in one of the city's eight Family Hubs, or as part of a home visit for some families, typically when a child is between two and two-and-a-half years old.

Councillor Obaida Ahmed, Cabinet Member for Health, Wellbeing and Community, said: "We want to ensure as many children as possible receive their developmental review when it is due, so we want to remove any barriers that parents or carers may face in attending it.

"The survey will ask you a few short questions, including about how easy it was to access, how useful you found the review, and ideas for improving the overall experience, and should only take around five minutes to complete, so please have your say."
