The children have been learning more about birds due to it being Garden bird watch week. They have been exploring the bird food and this extended their learning by engaging in wet spaghetti with tweezers as they visualised they were worms what the birds eat. They also made birds out of plasticine with some of the children engaging in water play with ducks singing “five little ducks went swimming one day”.
All of the children engaged in making rice Krispie nests and they took them all home! What a lovely week!

There is a black dog running around and keeps coming on and off the carpark at The Workspace. We think he may be a springer spaniel. Seems friendly and is bouncing around playfully. Someone is obviously missing this little beauty, please share so we can get it back to the owner. We have him safe atm. If he is yours, or you know the owner, please get in touch 🐶
