All Saints Day Nursery

We are looking forward to welcoming our Nursery children on the
1st September 2026 and seeing our new starters! We have a fun
filled September planned including our special Nursery 17 years anniversary on 9th September 2026!

There are many opportunities to support your child to feel confident to start School. Conversations during play, going to the shops or going for a walk. Start practicing putting on their uniform and taking it off, reading simple stories and encouraging them to predict what happens next as well as joining the local library.

Come along and view the beautiful All Saints Day Nursery! All Staff
use the Birth to Five matters and from September they will be
using the revised edition to further support your children.
We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage and Statutory guidance.

It's looking like the temperature is increasing back in it's twenties next week!
Go on a beach trip or enjoy a lovely picnic in your garden, we are
so fortunate to have had beautiful sunshine!

There are a few weeks before your children starts School, enjoy this time to practice counting the stairs, laying the cutlery, walking and
talking, drawing and reading to your child a simple book reinforcing front cover, back cover, Author and Illustrator.
The Wolverhampton Library has lots of wonderful books for children, free to join!

Our young people have accessed a wide variety of activities from playing Pool, basketball, football, badminton, creative activities and jewellery making .

They have engaged in the Self image vs Community workshops with Priya and Nav. It has explored identity, Self image, where you would visit in Wolverhampton and feel safe and friendships.

There will be further workshops tomorrow with Sports activities and a planting workshop, it's been so enjoyable listening to the young people and their views, this is the next generation.

At the All Saints Day Nursery we follow the EYFS which encompasses all seven areas of learning to ensure all children
progress at their own pace through meaningful, fun activities.

The sunny weather is continuing into August! Enjoy the lovely sunshine by going on a daytrip or a nature walk. Don't forget to apply sun cream and to wear a hat!

As the beautiful Summer weather continues a good way to cool your children down is in a paddling pool but always to be supervised. Water play meets your child's sensory needs.
