It has been brought to my attention that it has been mentioned that our Training Centre in Wolverhampton runs the Points Assessments on our SMT Initial Courses and Recertifications with one point-end....I would like to say 'Our SMT Courses and Assessments for Points are conducted on a double end set of points (RCPL and IBCL MK3's)....if you're not convinced, come and have a look'.

Its with greatest sorrow that I bring you some sad news about BK3. After much dilemma and deliberation we took the extremely difficult task to finally take one of the most important decisions ever…….here we go….’We finally removed the pool table from our offices’ 🤷🏽‍♂️😳.
The amount of ass whoppings i gave to others, the tears and tantrums I witnessed was nothing short of amusing…..alas the time had come to give it all up and move on….but not to worry as we aim to replace it with something else in the coming weeks 😉🤣….Stay safe all and we look forward to seeing you all soon.

After much thought and careful consideration we have decided that we will be, for the moment, withdrawing the ‘Instalment Payment Plan’ we have offered 100’s of people over the years.
Please allow me to explain: Whereas many people have been genuine, have appreciated the offer and have always paid on time, others have taken liberties and taken advantage of the fact that we done this merely to help them with their financial situation and what’s best for the industry....we have never charged interest and been honest with every transaction / course completed.
We will, of course, honour the current payment plans, but having to chase payments that should have been paid a year ago, or even more, has been a burden on my own health and family life. I fully understand that everyone needs help at some point, my self included, however I feel i cannot allow my company to take too many more ’hits’...therefore we will be, in some cases for future courses, asking for delegates to pay 50% of their course fee upfront and the balance before the course is completed.
This does in no way affect how we will continue to treat our clients and will always have your best interests at heart, however the actions of today simply ‘Broke the Camel’s Back’ and has led me to this decision...I also understand it doesn’t help those that are genuine and need it, and we will try and help where I can, but unfortunately being a small family based company I cannot continue to run BK3 in the same manner as the knock on effect could destroy the company I started and who’s main goal was to always help those that needed it most.

Ok, so i've just received the annual message that BK3 Training Limited is 19 years old today....WOW!!!!....just WOW!!!
Not too bad for the little asian lad who was told he'd that probably wouldn't last a year....I've had a roller coaster of a ride so far, almost lost the company back in 2007 - 2008 when the recession hit us all hard, but due to my late mother, who gave me the funds to keep going, and friends who booked courses well ahead of time, we pushed forward and have never looked back...don't get me wrong i'll never forget where I came from and the pitfalls that almost took everything from me...but here I am, still fighting to help people...someone once told me BK3 are the most respected Signalling Training Company, I sat there for a moment and thought 'which one is better, being the best or most respected'....for me it's definitely the latter...but I haven't done this alone...other than my mum, it's legends like Les Roberts, Peter Roberts that taught me how to work hard and then legends like Rab Philips, George Rogerson, Russell Coles, Sean Martin, Jim Furlong and Dave Nock that worked tirelessly to put BK3 in a position where many people use us as their first choice training provider. Don't get me wrong of course I acknowledge there are other companies out there but the values of this company are second to none, we don't just put that on paper for people to read and then gloat about it...we put it into action and ensure we do what's right, not what's needed. (there is a difference)
I've said this before but I've worked with some of the best in the Industry and learned along the way how to be true to myself and always do the right thing...to never compromise on what we do and what we are trying to achieve. I could have run BK3 one of 2 ways:
1. Do the best for our clients, never cut a corner and make sure the Industry and those that work and use it are 100% safe.
2. Try and make a quick £££ and bo****ks to the people who trust us to help them better themselves.
Everyone that knows me believes that I always aim for #1......Happy b/day BK3 without you i wouldn't have travelled to world, made new friends or been given the life I have....
So long as I'm here and in charge of this wonderful company BK3 will always give you the best of what we can.

As many know BK3 is expanding to have our flagship training centre down south, it’s happening....slowly, but it’s happening. I just wanted to update everyone with the following;
Now, after much convincing, because he’s such a hard man to get even blood out off....I’m excited to inform everyone that one of the 2 trainer’s coming on-board to move us forward is non other than our very own Adi Bradley...he recently successfully completed his Train the Trainer Course and with his help and knowledge BK3 can continue to offer the same standard of training we have done for the past 18+ years to all our clients.....He knows and understands BK3’s values, has been trained by BK3 trainers on many courses in the past and is respected by those he has worked with.....welcome Adi
Hope this news excites everyone as much as it does the BK3 Training Limited team.

Well after 113 'back to back' Initial Courses, Conversions, Recertifications and Re-trainings for 2020 we are finally closing our doors....hold on, it's only for this year, even we need a break....lol...we're back on the 4th of January doing what we do best.
We all acknowledge that COVID-19 has had a massive impact on our lives this year and I, like everyone else, hopes this government pulls it's finger out so we can smash this and get back to living a normal and healthy life.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all once again for trusting us with your Signalling training requirements, the trust you continue to show us is humbling as always and your support of BK3 is something I am extremely proud off.

I know there are a few out there that don't celebrate Christmas, so to you I will wish you Happy Holidays and to those that, like me, do celebrate this wonderful time I wish you a Very Merry Christmas...regardless of your faith and belief.

Hi all, as many of you know with my recent posts I have been contemplating my next steps with BK3 and it’s future.
Recently I have questioning whether I have the desire to want to continue or whether i should allow my company to be tarnished with the same brush as others that are willing to cut corners to make a quick sale or think they are helping staff but offering a ‘quicker’ course, especially as I believe the journey has become more of ‘Fire fighting’ process than one of joy by training to the standard, seeing friends once again or making new ones. I sat down with my family, phoned my mentors and discussed it with friends just to find out if i was talking crap, like normal, or if my concerns were warranted….my wife told me the same thing i often tell others…’We have an obligation to the public to ensure they get from A to B safely, we take pride in the job that we do, we ensure the staff doing the job are safe enough, with the knowledge we give them, to be able to go home to their loved ones at the end of each shift’.
Regardless of what others do I will not let it take me away from what i set out to do almost 19 years ago…..I said I would offer the best of I what I could and I honestly do believe that, to date, I have done so, if I haven’t, I apologise…..So this brings me to today, so many people have travelled to us from all parts of the country and have shown us the loyalty and commitment to learn, something I am extremely proud of and on this day I am still the proud owner and MD of BK3 Training Limited, whether I will be in the future: God only knows, but I am today and the vision I set out all those years ago is something I still thrive to achieve so I am excited to say that, after much thought, I have decided that I will expanding BK3 Training Limited.
We will be looking at opening Training Centre’ in both the South and North of England, to be able to offer our clients the same service we have done, with pride, to date ….will it take time?…..Yes, absolutely!!!, no doubt and I have no illusions about the enormous task I am about to undertake and I will need the help of a lot of good people….but I am ready for this next step!.
The updates will come as and when I have them, in the meantime God bless you all and keep safe.

It's been an eventful few weeks at our Signalling Training Centre in Wolves....we've been extremely busy conducting various courses...but the one thing that is refreshing to see, this year, is the 'new blood' wanting to join the Rail Signalling Industry knowing and understanding that, before they can do any Signalling work in the Industry, they must successfully complete a Basic Signalling Course.
Next week we are conducting our 5th Basic Signalling Course this year, which has been full for sometime, with a 6th scheduled for October....looking forward to welcoming the delegates and helping them learn.
