🧪 Our Unit have been having lots of fun exploring the world of experiments and reactions! Their favourite experiment was definitely mixing bicarbonate of soda with vinegar and watching the bubbly, fizzy reaction erupt! ⚗️

To make it even more exciting, dinosaurs were added to create their very own prehistoric world with a green, frothy swamp for them to splash through! 🦕🦖

It was a wonderful way to combine science, sensory exploration and imaginative play, with lots of curiosity, excitement and plenty of “WOW!” moments along the way!

Last week, our Unit took part in an activity to build on their recent interest in their names and letter sounds, in recognition of International Literacy Day.

Practitioners laid out a letter snap game for children to match letters together. They supported with sounding them out and matching those sounds to their names and those of their friends.

They were so proud when they were able to find their own letter! 🤩

⭐This term, we have welcomed Svenja from Diddi dance Wolverhampton, Stafford, North Telford & Market Drayton into our Unit every Wednesday morning.

The children thoroughly enjoyed their first music and movement session earlier this week and can't wait to see what she has in store for them next week! 🕺💃

🏆 A huge congratulations to three of our wonderful staff members who were recently voted as !

💜 Fran has gone above and beyond her role over the past few weeks, by supporting in the Kitchen and leading our monthly baby sensory sessions...

💜 Jade has been completing lots of jobs behind the scenes in the office to help support Management in updating paperwork and files following our recent rebrand...

💜 and our Deputy Manager, Jessie-Lou, has been working hard to support and lead the Nursery team over the past few weeks whilst she stepped into the role of Manager, at one of our busiest times of year.

A huge thank you and well done to them all! ✨

A look back at our Unit who were so excited by the recent thunder storms we had. They were able to see the large grey clouds rolling in through the windows overlooking the fields, and waited for the lightening to flash ⛈

They captured this memory using paint, creating their very own thunder storms on paper.
