Its 2023, and it's time to be all that you can be!! Here at Ryoku, we teach both adults and childrenx Traditional Wado=Ryu karate, Ladies Combat and Fitness and Mixed fitness classes consisting of warm-up, stretching ,conditioning, Karate, kickboxing, Boxing and Muay Thai, . We cater for private and PT classes for all ages and all stages, and with fully matted area, resistance bands, ropes, bags and other fitness equipment available on site, we can guarantee a good workout, great physical / mental fitness, wellbeing and a damn good laugh!!
Room hire is also available so if you have a party, a conference , dance etc, get in touch!

......and we are back people!!! Ryoku karate, fitness and well being is back, starting tonight. There will be new times coming up so I will keep everybody informed. Also with additional things in store, as in private classes, deep tissue massage therapy, sauna room and hall hire.
Let's make 2023 a prosperous and a healthy one!

Good morning students!! There are limited available spaces for karate classes this week. Please get in touch so I can pre-book you in. The days are today ( monday) Tuesday and Wednesday. Covid rules apply 👍🏾

Hey guys!! I hope you are all safe and well.
Rules for karate club, PT and Pit training during the new rules coming into force on Tuesday.
1) Everybody must use sanitizer when you enter and leave the class. Temperatures will also be taken.

2) Minimal contact/ sparring will be reduced.

3) work on equipment/pads will be in use and sanitised once used.

4) Every student must be pre-booked. No additional students can turn up.

5) The 6 person rule still applies, so if parents are dropping kids off, you can leave them there and come to collect them once the class is finished

6) Due to some students who may miss classes, additional classes will be set up. Pre-booking will still apply.

7) if you have your own gloves etc, there will be no sharing. Gloves supplied by the club will be sanitized and once you are using them, they belong to you until the class ends. A box will be available to dispose the gloves in for cleaning.

8) Each person must sign the register to show that you have been at the club, and to sign once they leave. Allocation signs will be in the club

9) Social distancing rules still apply where applicable

Any questions or queries, please don't not hesitate to ask.

Let's keep yourselves and each other safe during these times. When it relaxes, so will we.

Anybody coming to the karate classes on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday please private message me. There will be hour slots in the days, and because of Covid rules as soon as I know who's coming, I will sort out your times.
