True pride starts from within. Remember to look back at your personal journey and any of the challenges you have not only faced but overcome, the pieces of life that put you on the path to being who you are. It is important to not only remember this but remember it as well as loving yourself out loud.
During your time at university, you have the chance for further experiences and self-discovery. Showing who you are, who you love and how you want to present yourself in the world takes true courage. Pride Month is our collective moment to celebrate the people we are and the courage we hold.
Look forward to our events celebrating this courage through the academic year!
