Our students from have worked hard to complete a Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work certificate.👏
Learning about the recovery position, delivery of CPR and use of a defibrillator, treating wounds and bandaging up a patient as well as signs and symptoms of choking and shock.
✅The students now have this fundamental life skill should they ever need it!

Our Juniper Training centre in Joined other Businesses for the supported internships forum to help young people with SEND 🙌
Local companies and training providers have come forward to join the forum and help give young people new employment opportunities.
The forum took place for the first time on Friday 20 October at Wrekin Housing Group and attracted businesses from different sectors locally.
Supported internships last from 6 to 12 months and typically, the young person will spend part of the week in training and the rest of it in the workplace. They are a structured, work-based study programme for 16 to 24-year-olds with SEND who have an education, health and care (EHC) plan.

Scarlett's confidence has grown since joining us in August. She struggled in lessons but has now started to let her guard down with staff and is making steady progress 😁. She is going out of her comfort zone, especially in regards to work experience and is making an effort to try new things.

Team Wolves have been to visit The Good Shepherd Ministry in Wolverhampton City Centre ✨
The students got to hear about all the support they do in the community for Mental Health Week. They have learned about the services provided to community users such as mental health support, support and social groups, arts and crafts as well as a hot meal service. Students listened to an informative speech about what is provided and how the local public can support.
As a group they helped to organise recent harvest donations from local schools.👏
