We're hiring. Amethyst Academies Trust is looking for a friendly, detail-focused Finance Assistant to join our central finance team supporting our special schools.

This is a permanent, term time only plus three weeks role (37 hours per week), NJC Grade 4 (SCP 7 to 11). Your work will help make sure our resources go where they matter most, for our pupils.

Fun-filled family celebration brings school community together

💙💚 Last Thursday, our Family Celebration Day brought learners, families and staff together for a fantastic day of fun, connection and community spirit! 🎉
From inflatables and sensory activities to games, bubbles and a spectacular performance from Rachel the Bubbleologist 🫧✨, there was something for everyone to enjoy.
A special thank you goes to our amazing PTFA, whose hard work organising stalls, refreshments, the bottle tombola and raffle helped make the day possible. We’re also incredibly proud of our School Council for their brilliant Beat the Goalie challenge with Executive Headteacher, Ross Ashcroft! ⚽🥅

🎉 Congratulations to another group of parents and carers who have successfully completed the National Autistic Society’s Teen Life Programme! 🎉

The programme was expertly delivered by our Pastoral Team members, Gemma and Heather, providing families with valuable insights, strategies, and support to help navigate the teenage years for autistic young people.

A huge well done to everyone who took part and contributed to such open and supportive discussions. It’s wonderful to see families learning together and sharing experiences that make a real difference.

🎉 Congratulations to Sarah Masters on receiving the Amethyst Academies Trust Achieve Award, alongside Sarah Hodson from Penn Hall School.
