The Khalsa Academy Wolverhampton Ski Trip 2027 is now open for expressions of interest. Five days on the slopes in Pila, Italy, with expert instruction, mountain views and plenty of unforgettable memories along the way.

Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Complete the Expression of Interest form on Google Classroom by Friday 5th June.

Exciting Ski Trip Opportunity – Pila, Italy! 🇮🇹

We are delighted to offer students the opportunity to take part in an unforgettable ski trip to Pila, Italy.

The package includes coach and ferry travel, breakfasts on both the outward and return journeys, 5 nights’ accommodation in a 3-star mountain hotel, daily buffet breakfasts, hot lunches on the slopes, and 3-course evening meals at the hotel.

Students will enjoy 5 days of skiing, tailored to their ability level, with ski hire, ski pass, helmet, poles, skis, ski suit and jacket all included. There will also be evening entertainment, including pizza, disco and bowling nights.

This is a fantastic opportunity for students to build confidence, develop new skills and create lifelong memories with their friends.

EFA Ambassador School Event: Adaptive teaching to enhance T&L
We invite you to join us for this “tea and cake” sharing practice event. There will be opportunity to explore themes raised in the article Adaptive teaching – what are we adapting to, and why? and we will share more about our involvement with the SSAT Embedding Formative Assessment (EFA) programme and status as an Ambassador School. There will be 9 colleagues from the academy sharing best practice and opportunities to discuss and plan afterwards. See details attached

We are proud to announce that The Khalsa Academy Wolverhampton have won this year’s Kings Trust Enterprise Challenge Final. Our year 10’s have done us proud by winning this award on our first attempt at this competition.

We would like to thank the organisers for organising this event and for all the schools competing, there was lots of entrepreneurial skills on show today.

Year 10 Rewards Trip

Our Year 10 students enjoyed a fantastic day at Go Ape, Cannock Chase.

From tackling the high ropes to encouraging one another throughout the day, students demonstrated excellent teamwork, resilience and confidence.

A well-deserved reward for all of the hard work, commitment and positive attitude shown this year. We are incredibly proud of you all.
