๐Ÿ“ข IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR PARENTS & CARERS

We are pleased to announce that from September 2026, The Khalsa Academy Wolverhampton will begin moving from Class Charts to the Arbor Parent App.

๐Ÿ“ฑ What does this mean for you?

Arbor will provide parents and carers with one convenient place to access important information about their child, including:

โ€ข Attendance
โ€ข Behaviour & Value Points
โ€ข School communications
โ€ข Important updates and notifications

โœ… Our behaviour expectations are NOT changing.
Our existing Values & Rewards system, including Value Points, C1, C2, C3, On Call, Behaviour Codes and detentions, will continue as normal. We are simply changing the digital system used to record and share this information.

๐Ÿ”„ The move to Arbor will happen gradually throughout the Autumn Term. Parents and carers will receive further information, including instructions on how to activate and access the Arbor Parent App, when accounts are ready.

Our aim is simple:

One system. One place for information. A simpler experience for families.

Please visit our website for further information and to read the letter from Mr Shoker.

A privilege to welcome colleagues as part of the DfE RISE Attendance and Behaviour Hubs programme.

Opening our doors to share our approach, discuss the thinking behind our systems and learn alongside other school leaders is always a rewarding experience. The conversations throughout the day reinforced the value of collaboration and the importance of sharing practice that can make a meaningful difference for children and young people.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and for your thoughtful feedback. We look forward to continuing to work together to strengthen attendance, behaviour and outcomes across our schools.
