Good luck to our Year 3 children tomorrow!
π΅ π΅ π΅ Good luck to the 2,700 pupils who will come together to raise the roof of the University of Wolverhampton at The Halls at two special concerts tomorrow!
Singing In The Halls, organised by Wolverhampton Music Service, will see children from primary and special schools across the city perform at the iconic venue, accompanied by a 14-piece band.
Councillor Jacqui Coogan, Cabinet Member for Children, Young People and Education, said: "Singing In The Halls provides a fantastic experience for our children to be able to sing at the cityβs biggest performance venue, and it's great that so many schools and performers will be a part of it tomorrow."

YOU ARE READY!
Dear Year 6,
The day is almost here! As you head into your SATs next week, we wanted to take a moment to tell you all we are incredibly proud of you.
You have worked so hard throughout the year β together with your teachers β showing determination, resilience and a real commitment to your learning. Every lesson, every piece of work and every time youβve challenged yourself has led you to this moment.
You are ready! Remember, SATs are simply a chance to show some of what you know. They matter, but they do not define you. You are so much more than a test score.
Each of you brings something unique to our school β kindness, creativity, humour, teamwork, curiosity. These are the things that make you you, and they are more important than anything you will write on a test paper.
This weekend is important too. Itβs a time to rest, relax and look after yourselves so you can come in next week feeling calm and confident.
Here are some simple things you might like to do:
Go for a walk with your family
Play on your bike or scooter
Spend time with friends
Get outside and enjoy some fresh air
Read a book you love (just for fun!)
Draw, colour or do something creative
Play a game with your family
Watch a favourite film
Listen to some music
Get a good nightβs sleep β especially on Sunday!
And most of all, believe in yourselves as much as we believe in you. We are behind you every step of the way.
βBelieve you can and youβre halfway there.β
Good luck β youβve got this!
Best wishes from all the staff at Long Knowle π€©
