Year 5 had a wonderful time releasing their butterflies today as part of their 'Living Things and their Habitats' unit.

The children have loved watching the incredible lifecycle transformation up close and it was so special to set them free! 🌿✨

Fantastic hands-on science experience!

Reception have had lovely visits to Kingswood this week! We did some pond dipping using the nets to scoop out the creatures and we had a closer look at them. We made a clay creation using natural materials. Then we went on the zip wire and climbing equipment which was lots of fun! The children also got to feed, brush and stroke the animals.

Yesterday Luke from Wild N' Well Outdoors led another enjoyable Bushcraft session with some of our Year 4 pupils. 🌳🍁
