We've all been there π° but it's important to remember that tantrums are normal and you can handle them πͺ

Many children *and* adults struggle with the taste, texture, smell, appearance and/or temperature of certain foods.
[Image description: Black text reads, "Why does my child struggle with fruits and veggies?" Below are side-by-side images of a hand holding up blueberries of different sizes/shapes that read, "juicy, squishy, sweet, sour," respectively. Below that, are side-by-side images of a hand holding up four crackers that look exactly alike, with the words, "The same every time." Image credit: Feeding Littles]

Newborn babies brains grow to full size faster than any other part of the body, using about 50% of their energy intake π²π§ (an adult's brain uses 25% of their energy!)β£
β£
Whilst their brains are growing in those first few months, the basic understanding of language is growing too π₯°β£
β£
Babies have the ability to hear the sounds of different languages and tune into the ones they hear most πβ£
β£
So it's a no brainer (pardon the pun) that the more you talk to them, the more they begin to understand how language works πβ£

Haha! π€£
