Crosby Butchery Training specialises in providing Level 2 and 3 Apprenticeships in Butchery Retail and Processing. Along with Health and Safety and Food Safety Qualifications.

A good example of how a vegan activist is praying on the goodwill of this abattoir worker.

Well done to the lady in the video for trying to educate their customers and the wider public on how a small abattoir works with its local independent butchers to provide the finest quality meat. Joey offers a 3rd option based on his perspective. Good topic for those in the meat industry to consider.

On the first day of the 2021 Butchery Residential we were lucky enough to visit @essingtonfarm! Everyone loved seeing the pigs and cattle 🐄 🐖
