☀️ This morning, we had Sassy Sensory Surprises come to visit the nursery, Sassy Sensory Surprises put on a summer themed outdoor experience for some of the children today at Apple Trees. ☀️

The September term is fast approaching, time is running out to register your child's place. Our lovely Wolverhampton nursery which opened in 2022 and Ofsted graded 'good' in Feb 22 is now offering a further intake for new children.

Our nursery is offering spaces for children aged between 3 months and 5 years. We are offering both funded 15 and 30 hours places, along with private registrations.

Apple Trees Nursery - Wolverhampton Apple Trees Nursery is a friendly, family-run home from home setting in Bushbury, Wolverhampton. We cater for children aged 3 months to 5 years and we are registered to hold up to 80 children.

Yesterday we are celebrating ‘National Growing For Wellbeing Week!’ We have enjoyed exploring our garden and talking about how plants grow.

We have loved exploring the gardening sensory tray, making our own plants using the playdough and creating our own garden artwork using potato printing! 🥔🥕🥦🫑🥬

🏡 WATERWORLD AT APPLE TREES 🏡

☀️ This afternoon, with the weather being hot, hot, hot, some of our children had fun under our makeshift water sprayer. ☀️

☀️ This afternoon, with the weather being lovely, the children sat and had a picnic in the garden. ☀️

🚒FIRE EVACUATION TEST🚒

This morning, we conducted a fire evacuation drill at the nursery. In the coming days, we will carry out three more drills to ensure that all children and staff are familiar with the evacuation procedure.

The target time for building evacuation is 2 minutes 30 seconds, we are pleased that we successfully evacuated under this time.

When evacuated, the children sat patiently while the register was being checked, a big well done to all the children and staff involved in today's drill.

⛑️ Today a few of our staff members participated in Paediatric First Aid ⛑️

Here is a few photos from today where staff are practicing CPR, and bandaging. First Aid knowledge is vital and can be the difference between life and death.

We're recruiting an experienced cook at Apple Trees Nursery.

We are looking for somebody who has worked in a kitchen within a care or nursery environment. You will be cooking up to 30 meals at lunch time and preparing afternoon tea between the hours of 09:30 and 12:30, totalling 17.5 hours per week - rate of pay £10 P/H.
