Please note for the funding it always starts the term after their 2nd or 3rd birthday. On behalf of Laura and Hannah we can finally announce our exciting news!!! We recently got Ofsted Inspected in June, and proud to say we got another GOOD 🥳 If it was not for the continous support from our wonderful parents, and our dedicated staff for all the love and support we provide for the children, we would not be the nursery family we are today ❤️

We are extremely proud of everything we do, and our love and passion will continue to grow because we all want the very best start for every child 💯 Again we would like to thank each and everyone of you for believing in us, and allowing us the opportunity to be part of your families. With Graduation being next Friday on the 14th July we are kindly asking parents and carers to bring along 1 guest only this is either 2 parents together or 1 parent plus 1 guest only! This is due to size capapcity of our main garden and health and safety measures are followed accordingly as we do need to cater space for the children (school leavers) and preschool staff too. Before the ceremony starts both Laura and Hannah will be monitoring at the gate to ensure the guest rule is being adhered to, however if parents and carers do bring more than one guest along they will be kindly asked to wait outside the nursery setting. We hope that you understand our reasoning and thank you for your continous support 💚

29 Years ago today Seesaws opened its doors for the first time. Over this time we have built the family in to 5 amazing nurseries and 3 Holiday Clubs around the Midlands.

We thank all of our children, parents and staff for the continued support throughout the years and years to come. 🥳🥳🎉🎉

Today has been a blast. We have learned so much, and taken away fresh ideas all for the goodness of the nursery ❤️

Not everyday we get to meet a celebrity 😊 It was lovely to attend the Nursery Manager's Event at the NEC. We have come away with some fantastic ideas 👏

Who doesn't love a Monday morning treat 😋 We felt our wonderful staff team deserved a bar of chocolate each just to say "Thank you for all that you do for the children, treating them like your own, and for being a great support to each other" We sure do have a great team as we always strive to be the best version of ourselves. July invoices will be going out today please could you ensure that payments are made as soon as possible and for the children who are sadly leaving us on the 21st July to go on their new adventure if you could make sure your accounts are up to date before that date it would be appreciated. To all of our lovely Pre-school Parents and carers we are among kindly if could check at home and your children’s bags for a pair of red and blue paw patrol sunglasses as we have a child who is missing them lots and we think a child may have accidentally taken them home by mistake. we hope you all have a lovely weekend. ❤️

Please can parents and carers ensure that they are providing a sun hat. With the weather now becoming more warmer we want to our upmost with protecting the children when using the outdoor areas at appropriate times. Thank you 🌞

Did you know in early years we must play an important role with promoting oral health. We have numerous resources in place to support this, however did you know from 12 months onwards children should be encouraged to drink from open-top-cups? Over the next few days we will be handing information packs out. We also have free dental packs for anyone wishing to recieve one 😊 If you have any questions regarding the importance of promoting oral health please see our lovely staff members who will support you further on this❤️

Exciting News for existing parents and carers plus anyone seeking childcare 🎈 We will be holding a Summer Fayre, so why not come along and join in all of the fun. Everyone welcome 😊

Out of all the activities we took part in linked to Child Safety. We enjoyed our special visit from the local fire safety team. We had lots of fun taking turns to use the water hose, trying on an helmet, and sitting in the truck. We can not thank Merridale Fire Station enough for coming out to meet the children, and teaching the children all about fire safety 😀We certainly knows these amazing guys do a fantastic job in keeping our local community safe, and next time we must see if we are able to visit the station with a home made picture to say "thank you" Well done everyone I am so pleased you all had fun 🥰

This week preschool have been focusing on Child Safety Week. The children have enjoyed learning and taking part in different topics such as Road Safety, Stranger Danger, and NSPCC No means No. Tomorrow we will be learning about Fire Safety with a special visit from the local fore service. We feel each activity delivered will be beneficial for our older children as this will support own learning and understanding of the world we live in and how we can keep ourselves safe 🚫👨‍🚒👮‍♂️🚸🚗 If this is something you would like to continue teaching your child at home, please do come and see Laura who will assist with you available resources ❤️

During the past few weeks we have had parents and carers approach us about increasing their child's sessions 😊 We would also like to inform you that our office diary is now open for those who wish to book from August onwards. On Monday 5th June preschool staff will be focusing on Road Safety. We are planning to take the children on an outdoor activity as part of their own learning and understanding of the world around us. Staff and management will be asking parental consent on this, so please do let either Laura, Hannah, Mirren and Faiza know when dropping off your child as this will enable us to make necessary arrangements. Let's promote own learning and understanding as part of Child Safety Week ❤️

What a fun week the children and staff have had this week from crazy hair day, animal day, odd sock day, henna and a lovely cake sale to end the week. Thank you all for taking part and the lovely donations, we really do appericate it 🥰
