What an amazing group of women & girls tonight at New bushbury triangle 🙏

We looked at awareness & avoidance,
We practiced shutting down uncomfortable conversations,
We worked on our verbal tool box,
We role played protecting our personal space,
We talked about what self defence is & isn't
& We giggled about soft tissue options on the body.

Then we did a little bit of pad work with basic palm strikes & flick kicks, which is always so much fun!

Everyone of these women & girls claimed responsibility of their own safety & absolutely owned it!

I love seeing the confidence in the room growing & the mic drop moments in their faces when we open up a whole new world of opportunities & options that can help keep us safe, both physical & non physical ❤️
