The Grip Challenge

Do you struggle to get height on your driver? If so this challenge might be the one for you?

Place 2 golf balls a grip length ahead of the ball on the tee. Through set up and swing the goal is to hit up on the ball on the tee and avoid the one on the ground.

Benefits included: increased dynamic loft & increased clubhead speed of which both are essential in hitting an optimum drive.

Happy International Women’s Day to all of the amazing women within the industry I love.

You all do a fantastic job and I’m proud to be a part of the growing golf community. I hope you all know that you are making a huge difference in all that you do.

A bit over due but I wanted to wait until I had all the pictures from the night ….. and what a night it was 🩷

I’m so thankful to be a part of this spectacular event and meet some fantastic people/groups who are doing all they can to make golf better.

2024 is looking like a fantastic year for golf and thank you to .golf for hosting such a fabulous event.

In such a short time I can’t believe how far I’ve come as a coach and I’m super excited for the next chapters in my career 🩷⛳️🏌🏻‍♀️

Learning golf should always be done in a fun and friendly environment, which is one of the main goals of LLG. The variety of topics further allows all areas of your game to be challenged and tested to help to improve overall performance.

Another fabulous event hosted by celebrating the many achievements by so many wonderful ladies all over the country.

I’m super proud to be part of the coaching group and have thoroughly enjoyed getting more women into the game as well as the many trips offered.

Also a huge thank you to 2 amazing ladies & for their continuing support and encouragement. These event would most certainly not be possible without them.

To the other coaches: .golfperformance I look forward to seeing you all soon and hopefully work closely with you all to develop this community even more.

Superb work by for the amazing decorations as always. Definitely made the evening even more memorable.

I wanted a fun challenge to focus my chipping accuracy by seeing how small of a cup I could chip a ping pong ball into.

⛳️Sloping Lies (Part 2): Ball Below Feet 👣

Having the golf ball below your feet is perceived as one of the hardest shots in golf!

Most golfers ask themselves at least one of these questions:

- How do I set up to this ball?
- Am I going to get under it?
- What happens if this goes wrong?

The 3 key tips in this video should be a helpful start:

1. Hold further up the grip
2. Aim to the left of the hole (for RH golfers!!!)
3. Have your body weight more in your heels

Due to where the ball is situated the it will encourage a steeper swing plane resulting in the adaptation of face & body alignment.

So the next time you have a ball directly below your feet use these tips and see how it goes.
