Lovely Christmas card from year 6 class at my daughter’s school, I went last Tuesday to both year 6 classes to talk about the Spanish Navidad! I hope the kids enjoyed so much as I did! 🎄🥳

Hola to all, As you know, the festive season is arriving and I am all eagerly looking forward to the Christmas holidays. This email is to inform you in advance that the Spanish club will be closed from 20th December to 7th January 2025.

I hope we all be taking this time off to spend the wonderful holiday season with our families and friends.

Hola to all,

I hope you are well. This week, I'm talking to the students about the Spanish Navidad ( Christmas), what we do, what we celebrate and about "Los Reyes Magos" – known as the Three Wise Men, or Three Kings or Epiphany in English – are three men who followed the North Star to the town of Bethlehem to welcome baby Jesus into the world. Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar travelled from a faraway place to gift the Son of God with gold, incense and myrrh.
It's lovely to see the surprise on their faces.
