We’re back baby ✨

Bringing in the darker months with this cosy, clarifying workshop.

We will begin with chocolate tea to unlock the senses, paired with a short journaling session to help create some space & structure for the next moon cycle.

This will be followed by a restorative yoga session - blocks, bolsters & blankets will support you & allow a deep release of tension through healing, slow yoga poses.

We will end with a yummy long savasana + mini meditation.

Expect to feel deeply relaxed, renewed.

Located at the little yoga studio, Twyford.
