Some anniversaries are felt more than they are counted.

29 years ago today, you left and so did the words we never spoke.

Grief lives in us in different ways.

Sometimes it’s quiet.
Sometimes it’s loud.
At times it feels like numbness, and at others, like a tornado.

Grief can be mentally and emotionally exhausting, especially when the mind struggles to find stillness.

There are moments when it feels unfair that life continues, when in that instant, time stopped for you.

Time moves forward, but grief doesn’t follow clocks or calendars.

There is no timeline for grief , only a gentle acceptance that comes with time.
The heart aches for reasons only we can understand, because grief is as unique as the love and relationship we shared.

If you find yourself grieving, give yourself permission to feel whatever you need to feel.
Don’t rush to heal.
Allow your body the time it needs to rest.
The what ifs will come… and in time, we learn to let them go.

We never let go of the love or the memories

we simply let go of being stuck in grief.
Love never leaves; it just learns how to live alongside the ache.

Here we are the last day of the year🥰

A moment to pause and acknowledge everything this year has held:
the challenges, the lessons, and the quiet moments of light.

For many of us, grief lived in our hearts this year — for different reasons.
Some of it felt heavy.
Some of it still does.
And that matters.

As the new year arrives, here’s your reminder:
we don’t need to do new year, new you.
You don’t need to rush.
You don’t need to reinvent yourself overnight.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.

Measure this year not by what you achieved,
but by how you felt.
By how you lived.
By how you showed up for yourself even on the hard days.

And before we step into tomorrow…
cheers to us 🥂
For surviving, growing, feeling, and showing up — even when it was hard.

From My heart to yours 💕

Happy New Year 🤍

A special little soul already teaching me about new beginnings.

This week has been full of love, I became an auntie again! 💕

I got to see and welcome my beautiful niece into the world.

It reminded me that new beginnings don’t always mean big, life changing transformations.

Sometimes they’re found in the small, gentle moments…
in who we’re becoming,
in the habits we shift,
or in how we choose to see the world.

In mindfulness, we talk about Beginner’s Mind approaching life with openness, curiosity, and wonder, as if we’re seeing everything for the first time.

That’s what I’m bringing into this new chapter.
Even though I’m a mum, being an auntie feels different a new role, a new rhythm, a new chance to create magic and memories.

So this week, I’m asking you:
What could be a new beginning for you?
Where could you come to life with a beginner’s mind?

This week’s intention:
To pause, reflect, and enjoy moments like it’s the first time I’m experiencing them.
To marvel at the beauty of the beginner’s mind.

Letting Go & New Beginnings

Behind the scenes this week, I had my interview with the publishing company — another step toward bringing this dream to life.

It’s been quite a journey to get here.
I had to let go of the belief that I’m not a writer.
I had to trust the process, trust the words, and accept that writing from my heart was enough.

It’s taken courage to be open to judgment, to be vulnerable, to share my truth out loud.
But to hold space for others, we have to walk first.
We have to lead with open hearts so others know they can too.

As we move deeper into autumn, nature gently reminds us of the beauty in letting go.
The trees don’t cling to their leaves; they release them trusting that new life will come in time.

Even the trees know letting go is part of growing.

So I’m asking you today:
What are you holding on to so tightly that might be ready to fall away?

This week’s intention:
To be present and notice the beauty around me.
To trust the season I’m in, even if it asks me to rest or let go.

The Darkness We Hide

We’ve been taught that darkness is something to fear something to run from or cover up.

But what if the darkness isn’t the enemy?
What if it’s just the parts of us waiting to be seen with love?

The truths we’re scared to face.
The emotions we’ve buried.
The shame we’ve carried quietly.

The darkness isn’t your undoing.
It’s your becoming.

When we have the courage to sit with it, to breathe with it.
The darkness becomes the light.

And if you’re ever unsure…
look up at the moon, she shines her brightest in the darkness.

Happy Diwali ✨
To all who are celebrating, may your light shine brightly today and always.

Diwali reminds us that even in the darkest moments, light always finds its way through.
It’s a celebration of renewal, reflection, and returning home to the truth of who we are.

Wherever you are in your journey, may you find your glow again — softly, gently, in your own time. The light is always within you in those dark times.

You would never guess 4 years ago I was so sad and emotionally shutdown but if you look at someone's eyes they always tell you the story.

Today I'm free, happy and have the inner peace i longed for beyond grateful I get to help other woman (including young woman) and even though stuff happens, things f..k up i just don't get stuck in the broken record that I'm the problem.

Yay Level 3 EFT Tapping passed 😬

Trained by founder of EFT Matrix and only one of 28 trained by Gary Craig.

I started my EFT Tapping Journey over 10 years ago and its been an amazing one of self discovery, healing and transformation when I discovered it for myself and because of the results I decided to bring it to my clients.

We can not heal our hearts and body simply by just talking we need to create an energetic shift in the body.

EFT Is gentle which is why it's so successful whether I'm working with young people or woman.

Taking this to the next level for clients excited 😬😍

I use to think something was wrong with me because my mum taught me to meditate when I was 6 and I loved it.

At times of difficulty I always turned to meditation in all its different forms but learning Mindfulness Meditation became a game changer for mental clarity, calm and consistency for peace of mind.

Free Mindfulness Reset Evening was a great success in support of mental health awareness week.
