A little recap of our Christmas preparation...
A winter train into North Pole in the small world corner, a candy cane grotto in the calm area, Christmas snacks and activities...
As well as lots of Christmas decorations everywhere!
We would also like to say a massive thank you to Bubble Together Balloons for a beautiful Christmas balloon arch!
We would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas filled with fun and happiness this holiday. Enjoy your time off until the 7th of January and we all hope you have a wonderful break. All the way up to Christmas we will be posting about what we have been doing during the lead up to Christmas!
Is there anything more beautiful than children's happiness and excitement? With CHRISTMAS just round the corner we would like to spread the joy and share with you our wonderful moments from Santa's visit...
In our preparation to Diwali and Halloween, we got messy carving pumpkins meanwhile learning all the different ways we can use pumpkins in. We even got to try some delicious pumpkin soup and explored yummy new flavours, activating our taste senses! For Diwali, we also had much fun making Diwali lamps out of clay. To round off the term, we congratulate all the children in their achievements and marvellous creations they have so far produced. So proud of you all! Lastly a massive thank you to parents for all your support throughout this term! We wish you all a well deserved rest as we are now closed for half term, and can't wait to see you back on the 4th of November :)
Would you like to take a peek into our setting? What do you think about changes and improvements we have made in the last weeks?

LEAVERS PARTY 2024
This year has gone by a little faster
We are feeling a little bit smarter
We think we are a little bit taller
Our shoes are a little bit smaller
Look at all the friends we have made
These memories will never fade...
We are so proud of all of our children and we would like to wish you all a lovely summer break with the ones you love and the best start in your big school.
Quick reminder that we are closed for half term and we are coming back on the 3rd of June at 9a.m.
We would like to wish our children and their families a pleasant and relaxing time. We also would like to encourage parents and children to talk and think about the way we keep our children safe, in real life and online. If you need any tips on how to let the children use digital technology in a safe way, you can use Childnet website(link below). There is lots of information and resources that you can use to teach your children about the importance of exploring the internet with safety in mind.

With Easter round the corner and the children having two weeks off, we are sure many of you will be looking for fun activities to do with your child. However , due to the current cost of living crisis, we understand that planning a day out with the whole family may not be affordable for everyone. Therefore we thought you may be interested in the The RHS Wisley Gardens £1 entry scheme, for anyone receiving certain benefits. This lets you purchase £1 tickets for the whole family.
Furthermore, during Easter, they are hosting many activities for children, including a huge Easter egg hunt, planting, and other fun gardening activities.

We would like to wish all our children and their families Happy Easter and remind you all that we are closed for half term until 15th of April...
Another week full of celebration has gone by... Last week we have been busy making teapot cards and cookies for Mother's Day and this week has been full of activities leading to Red Nose Day...
Pancake day 2024:)
Do you know that cooking with children is a great opportunity to teach them new skills and strengthen the bond between parents and children?
1. If you let your children help you with measuring the ingredients, it helps them understand a more mathematical concept and extend their mathematical vocabulary .
2.Mixing ingredients together enables children to develop their gross and fine motor skills.
3.Talking to the children about safety during cooking helps the children to become aware of hazards in the kitchen.
4. Preparing food together teaches children social interaction and works cooperatively with others.
5. Providing your children with a variety of fruits and vegetables teaches children healthy habits.
So why not invite your child into the kitchen and make yummy pancakes together?!
Wow! What a fantastic finish to our first spring term! With all the recent celebrations, from the Chinese New Year and upcoming Valentine's, our children have sure been kept busy!
Happy New Year🎉🎉🎉
