Carissimi genitori e comunità Italiana,

Con grande dispiacere vi comunico che tutte le classi di Lingua4kids ed Il Trenino verranno sospese a tempo indeterminato a partire dal 28 ottobre 2023 (ultima lezione).

Sospendere le classi dopo 7 anni è stata una delle decisioni più difficili, sfortunatamente la scuola è a corto di risorse e con un numero così elevato di studenti non sarà possibile continuare con le lezioni.

Spero Lingua4kids abbia lasciato un segno positivo nella comunità italiana ma anche nella vita di ciascun bambino come lo è stato per noi.

Mi auguro che l’amore per la nostra lingua e cultura sia un punto di partenza per tutte le future generazioni.

Grazie di cuore per la vostra fiducia ❤️

We are an Italian Saturday School for children, running Saturday mornings during term time in Woking - EXCITING OPPORTUNITY!

We have openings for placements for university students of Italian and teachers in training to join us on placements:

Saturdays only during term time (8:45 until 13:15)

Start date - summer term onwards

Skills - Essential:

Enthusiasm and passion for the language and the culture is the most important thing we're looking for
Good knowledge of Italian language and culture.
Self motivation, effective time management
Have the ability to think creatively
Must be able to use initiatives and adapt

Responsibilities:

Support and assist to deliver lessons
Participate in organising activities for the school during lessons
Undertake admin tasks i.e. keeping register and attendance, send lesson recap emails to parents at the end of each Saturday
Support other members of the Accademia.

Grande successo al nostro workshop con l’autrice Gloria Danili, 📚 i nostri alunni hanno avuto l’opportunità di ascoltare Gloria leggere un capitolo dei suoi libri e cimentarsi nel creare personaggi di fantasia giocando con le iniziali dei nomi e cognomi e tante altre attività di craft. Fieri sono andati a casa con una dedica da parte dell’autrice. 🥳
