Little Owl Preschool

The Halloween Party at Little Owl was a spooktacular success and raised £47 too. Thank you to everyone that came. There were some fantastic costumes and so much fun had by all.

It is amazing how much learning can happen in a week! We have been delighted to see the children engaging in many stimulating learning experiences. This week they have put the great British bake off to shame, baking some tasty treats and experimenting with ingredients. There has been lots of firefighting role play and the introduction of the new "Five Little Fireman" song.
The highlight of the week was the role play car wash and car repair garage which was a hit with everyone.

What a fun week we had at little owls last week. Planting cress seeds and learning about growing our own food, then making our own bread twists to celebrate harvest time. We were interested in pirates too and had treasure hunts in the garden, made pirate ships and learnt how to add numbers together using our treasure as counters. What a busy week.
