Just look at all these cocoa flowers on the cocoa tree . They are so tiny and the size, along with the shape, makes them difficult to pollinate. It takes a lot of skill to produce chocolate. Thankfully, all that hard work has been done for us so that our chocolate workshops have lots of high quality chocolate for you to work with.
