Sometimes the argument isn't really about the dishes, the money, the in-laws or what was said.

It's about what we 'think' those things mean.

And before you know it, you're both defending yourselves rather than actually hearing each other.

The good news? When you can see the pattern, you have more choice in how you respond.

I've created a FREE Managing Conflict with Clarity Guide to help you understand what's happening underneath those difficult conversations - and what you can do differently.

If you're tired of having the same argument on repeat, this is for you. 💛

If you and your partner keep circling back to the same fight — you’re not alone, and you’re not doing anything wrong.
Most of us were never taught how to navigate conflict safely. So instead, what shows up is resistance: blame, shutting down, deflecting, minimising. Not because either of you is a bad partner. Because your nervous system is trying to protect you from something that feels threatening.

In this free guide, you’ll discover:
⭐️ The 10 most common forms of resistance — and what they’re really communicating underneath
⭐️ Why resistance is a protection mechanism, not a personality trait
⭐️A simple way to recognise whether you tend to Pursue or Retreat in conflict — and what to do about it
⭐️Practical tools for when the resistance is yours — and when it’s your partner’s
⭐️A real script you can adapt for even your most charged conversations

It’s the same lens I use with my 1:1 clients, and it’s completely free.

If they've left — or you've had to leave — this is for you. 💛

Grief expert David Kessler says it best: grief is a change we didn't want. And heartbreak is exactly that.

But here's what nobody tells you — the pain itself isn't what's breaking you. It's the story your mind builds on top of it.

They left is a fact.
I'll be alone forever is a story.

And painful thinking isn't trustworthy thinking. When we're hurting, our mind reaches for the most catastrophic version of events it can find — that doesn't make it true.

Right now, the person you miss probably feels like your whole world. But that world is smaller than you think. There's a much bigger one out there, full of people, places and experiences you haven't met yet. Go towards it, and slowly, they'll take up less space in your mind.

And if it wasn't right — that doesn't mean love isn't coming. It means the right person is still ahead of you. Every step through this is a step closer to them.

You don't have to sit in the story alone.

If you're navigating heartbreak, or a decision to stay or leave, and you want real clarity — not just coping — DM me the word "CLARITY" and I'll be in touch.

You know how to make up after a fight… or do you?

Most couples don’t actually resolve an argument — they just move on from it. The subject gets dropped, the day carries on, and it feels like it’s over.

But here’s the problem: when you’re mid-disagreement, emotions are high and things are coming up for you that don’t just disappear because you’ve stopped talking about it.

One unresolved argument won’t destroy your relationship. But when it keeps happening — argument after argument, issue after issue, all quietly pushed aside — it stacks up under the surface.

And then one day, something small (something that really shouldn’t be a big deal) sets off an explosion that feels completely disproportionate. That’s not really about the small thing. That’s every unresolved moment finally surfacing.

If this sounds familiar, the fix isn’t a script or a technique — it’s actually going back and resolving it. That means:

→ Talking again once you’re both calm
→ Each of you owning your part in what happened
→ Apologising where it’s needed
→ Allowing space to disagree without needing to “win”
→ Making sure you both feel heard, not just heard out

You don’t have to agree on everything. You just need to make sure nothing gets left to stack up.

If you recognise this pattern in your relationship and want support working through it, send me “CLARITY” and I’ll tell you more about how I can help. 💛

You finally said it.

And now you're the one who can't sleep.

You asked for years. You told him you were lonely. You told him you felt invisible.

And the moment you said enough — he showed up. All the things you'd been asking for.

Now everyone around you is pointing at his effort like it's evidence of something.

But something in you already knows.
And instead of feeling clear — you feel guilty.

Here's what I want you to understand about that guilt:

It is an optional extra. It is not a requirement.

Guilt isn't your conscience speaking. It's the ego stepping in — and ego will make you feel wrong. That's its job. That's where guilt comes from.

But your truth? Truth doesn't do that.
Truth doesn't make you feel wrong.
It doesn't punish you or point the finger. It just sits quietly underneath all the noise — steady, patient, waiting for you to listen.

Guilt shouts. Truth whispers.

And deep down, you already know the difference.

So sit with this:

Is the guilt you're feeling about him — or about finally choosing yourself for the first time in years?

If this landed, save it. And if this is exactly where you are right now — DM me the word CLARITY. This is precisely what I help women work through.

You deserve to feel certain. Not guilty.

Have you ever asked your partner a question… and watched them go straight into defence mode?

It’s not because they don’t care. It’s because every human being carries insecure thinking — and when we feel exposed, justification takes over. Not logic. Not reason. Justification.

But guess what— we do it too.

Once you understand what’s actually happening in these moments, you stop taking it so personally. You stop reacting to their response.

Because you have a better understanding.

And understanding is your leverage point for change.

This is exactly where I start with every woman I work with — because you can’t build connection if you haven’t built the foundations first.

If this hit home, save it for the next time you feel the wall go up 🤍

DM me the word CLARITY and let’s talk about what’s really going on in your relationship.

I've worked with hundreds of women standing exactly where you might be right now - feeling like their back is against the wall in their relationship, unsure whether to stay or go.

Here's what I've learned, both from my own experience and from every woman I've walked through this with:

the way out isn't looking at your partner harder. It's looking at yourself first.

Not because you're the problem.

Because it's the only place real change ever starts from.

This carousel is for the woman who's tired of the same argument on repeat. Who's ready to stop waiting for someone else to change first.

Swipe through 👉 and if this is where you are, save it. You'll want to come back to it.

💬 DM me the word "POTENTIAL" and I'll be in touch - no pressure, just a conversation about where you're at.

Most people don’t leave relationships because they lack love.

They leave because they never learnt how relationships really work.

We’re taught maths, science and history at school, but nobody teaches us how our mind works, why we become insecure, why we misunderstand each other, or why we keep having the same arguments.

So we make assumptions.
We believe our thoughts.
We keep score.
We become defensive.
And we wait until the relationship is hanging by a thread before asking for help.

The truth is, a relationship can change dramatically when just one person begins to see things differently. That’s the power you have.

The more you understand yourself, the easier it becomes to understand your partner.

And that changes everything.

💛 If this gave you something to think about, save this post so you can come back to it whenever your relationship feels difficult.

What point resonated with you the most?
