Who is your accountability partner? Do you have an accountability partner? Do you need an accountability partner ? Absolutely. If your journey to success in anything can be achieved, you would need more than just your view on important matters .
Having an accountability partner can keep you on track and improve your productivity. This could be peer to peer accountability or a mentor-like accountability Partner.
With such a partner, it is more unlikely for you to be become distracted from your goals, and overcome any feelings of overwhelm. An accountability partner can help you articulate your goals, break them into small bitesize actionable and attainable steps.
The qualities of a good accountability partner include but not limited to being trustworthy. should be someone who will tell you the truth without judgement and can ask the hard questions with care.
So as the day wraps up and the world celebrate dates and numbers.
