You can rarely think your way to clarity.
And yet that's often exactly what we try to do.
We think. Analyse. Research. Ask for advice. Explore every possibility. And sometimes, rather than finding the answer, we just become more confused.
It's something I hear so often from clients, too.
They have ideas, dreams, changes they'd love to make. But they've spent so long trying to work everything out that they've lost touch with what actually feels right for them. And sometimes my suggestion is surprisingly simple.
What if, just for now, you stopped trying to work it all out?
Give yourself some space.
A few hours, a few days, perhaps even a couple of weeks. Go for a walk. Breathe. Spend time in nature. Let the noise settle. Not to force an answer, but to create the space for one to emerge.
And then gently ask yourself:
What do I already know?
Because sometimes the clarity we're searching for isn't actually missing.
We just need enough space to hear ourselves again.
And we don't need the whole path mapped out before we move forward.
Clarity can create movement. But movement can also create clarity. ❤️
