We are an Ofsted registered Husband and Wife Childminding Team. We offer home from home childcare for children aged birth upwards.

Let us tell you a little more about ourselves and the services we offer. In 2000 Emma left Braintree collage with the CACHE Diploma in Nursery Nursing (NNEB) and started working for a local day nursery school. Emma worked for this organisation for 5 years before she left to have our Daughter in October 2005. Once our daughter was born and growing very quickly we decided that time was too precious

Counting ladybirds, - we had a Ladybird hunt, we counted their spots and matched them to the numberboards and the other Ladybird, to make a pair. This gave the Little Hearts opportunities to practice thier counting skills, subitising skills, matching 2 objects the same, use their mathematical vocabulary such as more and less.

We used our love of loose parts to create our own beach pictures on the tray, using a variety of yellow and blue items to do so!! This gave the Little Hearts opportunities to extend their imagination, creative skills, free play skills, use their fine motor skills, develop their colour recognition, counting skills, naming items and so much more.
