FITC are a coaching company that specialises in Football. We coach at both grassroots and profession We work at both a professional and grassroots level.
We are based in Essex and we work Nationally. We coach at schools, holiday courses, camps, sports centres and birthday parties. We also do fun days and promotional work within the community to encourage participation of the sport and an active lifestyle for the children. We coach from ages 5-15, both boys and girls of all abilities. We also coach at a professional level. FITC Football Academy trai
ns three times a week and plays matches against professional clubs. FITC Pre Academy train once a week and also plays matches against professional clubs. Both these programmes are selected players only and they must get through a six week trial period to earn a place on the team. All players will then attend a retain or release meeting on a quarterly basis, where we decide if they are kept in the squad. We have network of high quality and experienced scouts that regularly attend local matches and then invite players in if they are of the required standard. I believe that FITC Academy is the best independant academy in the country, with us averaging six players per month being signed to professional clubs via FITC Academy. We have the largest fixture list, with us working alongside seventeen professional clubs. We only sign a player if we believe that they have the potential to be signed by a professional club and once they reach that potential, i send them straight off, direct to academies. We dont place any of our players into Development or Elite centres. I personally can place any of our players at any of the professional clubs at any time for a trial. We at FITC, pride ourselves on giving great coaching as well as making every second fun for the children. We have built great relationships with the children, parents, teachers and any staff members at the venues in which we coach at.
