Thursday’s workout consisted of practicing the push jerk movement followed by a 30 minute WOD.
The WOD:
40/32 Cals + 4 rounds
30/24 Cals + 3 rounds
20/16 Cals + 2 rounds
10/8 Cals + 1 round
Each round - “The Triplet”
▪️ 5 Strict Pull-ups
▪️ 10 Push-ups
▪️ 15 GHD Sit-ups
Resting for one minute after each set of rounds finished.
30-minute cap. Plenty of sweat, especially on a warm June evening 🥵🔥

We started the week the right way yesterday, with a packed box taking on the WOD and putting in the work.
As always, the workout was scaled where needed, making it accessible for all abilities while still providing a great challenge.
