📍 Location: Chelmsford
🕒 Hours: 15 hours per week (across 4 days)
🎓 Role: 1:1 Tuition & Emotional Support

We are seeking a nurturing, patient tutor who has experience supporting children and young people with:
• SEN (Special Educational Needs)
• SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs)
• Anxiety and EBSA (Emotionally Based School Avoidance)

The ideal tutor will:
✔ Be calm, empathetic, and relationship-focused
✔ Have experience adapting learning to individual needs
✔ Be confident delivering core subjects (English, Maths, or Science)
✔ Be able to create engaging, personalised lesson plans
✔ Work collaboratively with families and professionals

Experience working in Alternative Provision, tuition, or SEN settings is highly desirable. QTS is welcomed but not essential for the right candidate with strong SEN experience.
