Build confidence, assertiveness, & life saving techniques through our Krav Maga Self Defence classes MISSION
Our aim is to deliver an affordable, quality, fun, and lasting self defence learning experience that immerses you in reality-based scenario training; building confidence and assertiveness through our professional Instructor level coaching, and helping you become fitter and stronger.
Operating as usual
In last night's Kids class, we enjoyed sharing some carrot sticks and pink lady apples, whilst chatting in our break about how our week was going. This is something we always do, encouraging sharing, good manners, respect for each other, and open discussion.
Of course we did self defence training too, not just eating and chatting!! 😅
This week we were working on combinations of strikes from a groin kick followed by lead jabs, cross straight punches, 1-2's, and discussion on bullying.

Re-appeal following fatal road crash - M8, Chapelhall
Officers are again appealing information following the death of 29-year-old man on the M8 on Sunday, 30 January 2022.
Around 1.50am, emergency services were alerted to an incident where a pedestrian, walking on the M8 carriageway, was struck by a blue Seat Leon car driving westbound on the motorway. He died at the scene.
The driver of the Seat Leon was uninjured but was very upset following the incident.
Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances of the incident. Officers would like to hear from motorists who have not yet come forward. Sergeant John Houston said:
“From our enquiries, we are aware there were other vehicles, in particular a HGV lorry, travelling on the carriageway around the time of the incident and I am asking that lorry driver and other motorists to contact us.
"It is entirely possible that they may not have been aware that a man was struck, but we would ask that if you were travelling along the road in the early hours of Sunday morning, 30 January, then please get in touch.
"We are especially keen to hear from motorists with dash cam devices as their footage could have captured images which could prove to be significant in our enquiries.”
