27 years ago today I started something that has become my life , my passion , my IKIGAI.
We have have helped so many people over those years in our Wisbech Dojo to become champions in themselves . Become confident and focused achievers.
We have changed lives and that is something special and priceless .
It’s been a rewarding and challenging journey. Overcoming many obstacles, facing many challenges and adversity. Having always found a way to become better and stronger in ourselves.
I am privileged and honoured to have helped so many. To have such a strong and supportive and excellent community in my Dojo. That I have been able to train with and learn from some excellent teachers and mentors. And to have stood for all the right principals even if has been at times to my cost.
As these are the Samurai principals that Samurai Shotokan Karate School is built upon.
Thank you to the students who have believed and trusted in me.
Thank you to Susan Powell Sensei for being the best right hand person anyone could have .
To the Sensei I have learnt from.
And most of all my amazing wife & daughter and my family . As you have made many sacrifices in those 27 years for me to be able to do what I do .
