You don't have to fit a certain mould to start pole.

Over the years, we've welcomed students of all ages and walks of life, each with their own reason for stepping in to the studio.

Whether you're looking to get stronger, build confidence, make new friends or simply try something new, there's a place for you here 🤍

Have you been thinking about trying pole but keep talking yourself out of it?

"I need to bring a friend."
"I'm not strong enough."
"I'm not confident."
"I don't have the right body."
"I'm not flexible enough."

The truth is, almost everyone who walks through our doors has had at least one of these thoughts. You don't need to have it all figured out before you start. That's exactly what our beginner classes are for 🤍
