Running is a funny old game.
At first, the gains come quickly. Your pace gets faster, the PBs keep coming, and every run feels like progress.
Then you plateau.
Where you used to chase minutes, you're now chasing seconds.
And that's when the doubts start creeping in…
“Is this as fast as I can ever run?”
“Is this as far as I can go?”
But you have to stick with it.
Keep pushing. Keep showing up. Be proud of every run — because every single one is adding another brick to the running house you're building.
Even when you can't see the progress.
Even when it feels like you're standing still.
Then suddenly… it clicks.
Trust the process.
Keep pushing, especially when your brain is telling you that you've reached your limit.
You haven't.
Keep building.
