On Saturday we had a fantastic time attending the Knutsford Re-Fresh event!

It was great meeting so many of you, chatting and sharing a little insight into the world of Koshido Ryu Karate. 🥋

A special shout out goes to our amazing Young Dragons, who represented the club brilliantly and made us all incredibly proud. Their enthusiasm and confidence really showed what our karate family is all about! 👏🏻

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello, ask questions, and watch the demonstrations. We loved meeting you all and hope to see many of you joining us on the mats very soon!
