We are so excited to be able to share with you the very special film produced collaboratively by all 13 schools from The Winsford Education Partnership. The film has been written by young people from the Pupil Forum and is about the mental health and well-being of our young people in Winsford. We are so proud of all our young people and the work that is going on in all our schools.

Another great day with Miss Hilditch's class, we did a risk assessment of the dangers in our Forest School area and marked them with red flags. We cooked some bread on the fire to make toast. We also used the bow saw to cut wooden discs ready to colour with Elmer colours. The day was ended with a special reflection time where the children could celebrate their achievements.

Another wonderful day outside today! We read an Elmer story, had fun mixing paint colours along a drain pipe, had a fire, water painted fences, made a hedgehog home, bird feeders and so much more. We even travelled back into school pretending we were elephants. The children were all thoroughly engaged all day. Lots of learning through play and lots of investigation. We all learn in different ways and ForestSchool is an excellent tool to facilitate this.
Well done reception!
