💜 Take a look around your next FitSteps class…

Chances are, many of those smiling faces were complete strangers the first time they walked through the door.

That’s one of the things I love most about FitSteps. We come together to dance, have a laugh, move a little more and forget about everything else for 45mins.

Before long, familiar faces become people you look forward to seeing each week.

If there’s someone in your class who always makes you smile, give them a tag below and let them know. They might not realise how much brighter your Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday is because they’re there💃🕺💜

Every FitSteps with Elaine class is a chance to learn something new, build confidence, and discover that little bit more of what your body can do.

Progress doesn’t have to be perfect… it just comes from giving things a go, enjoying the music and coming back when you can ❤️🎶

I’ll be taking a little Bank Holiday break for the whole week, but don’t worry — we’ll be back dancing from w/c 7th September, kicking off a brand new term of FitSteps! 🪩🎶💃
