Small Moves has had an amazing summer term and I am so grateful to have met so many gorgeous babies and not just their mothers but their whole families-yes fathers and siblings come along for the massage and yoga journey too 💙

I will be on holiday for the next month, spending time making memories with my family and friends, so may be a little slower coming back to you. I will be back in September with even more classes, so please do get in touch to book, as spaces are already filling up fast.

It fosters a strong caregiver-infant relationship and releases oxytocin, the love hormone, promoting a sense of security, trust and comfort.

So good to be back!
Today we focused on the face, and this little one was obviously watching as I demonstrated and decided he wanted a turn himself.

100km canoeing across Scotland for Brain Tumour Research and in memory of Jasmine The Warrior Princess done! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🛶💪
