The Windsor Boys’ School is seeking a well-organised, enthusiastic, and efficient Governance Professional to support our Local Governing Board.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who is passionate about education and good governance. Meetings are held at the school in the evenings, with all dates scheduled in advance at the start of the academic year, making this role ideal for those looking to contribute alongside other commitments.
Key responsibilities include:
• Organising and supporting meetings, hearings, and appeals
• Providing advice and guidance on governance matters
• Managing documentation and maintaining accurate records
• Facilitating effective communication across the board
• Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
