Thank you for following this account. I thought I d introduce myself to those of you who don't know me.
My name is Magdalena Gabriah and I am the founder of Forte Training Company which I set up over 7 years ago.
Why did I set up Forte?
Forte means "Strong" and "Loud" in Italian. Two words I d probably not normally put in a sentence to describe me. But that is the whole point.
I don't believe that leadership is only for those who are naturally strong or loud, I believe leadership is about using your voice even when it shakes and even when being the leader is the least appealing thing for for you to do.
That is why I am flying the flag for leadership, for being the force for good (because I think this is the point of leadership) in every situation you can even if you feel like I often do. That is why I am proud to describe myself as the Least Likely Leader.
I run a monthly group coaching programme for people , who feel the need to speak up for good causes, who believe there is a better way of doing things, for those who don't have a loud and strong voice (in my case better education for our children).
If you are a leader who is trying to do their thing, but is looking for a supportive group of like minded leaders to learn from together and to grow together, this one is for you!
And remember, the leadership starts with "I".
