After 10 incredible years, today we say a very emotional goodbye to our lovely Zoe 🥹💗

Zoe has truly grown with Edith Rose and has been such a huge part of our nursery family over the years. She has cared for, supported and loved so many little ones, watching them grow from tiny babies into confident children ready for their next adventures. 🌸

Ten years brings so many memories, friendships, laughs, cuddles and special moments, and we are so grateful for everything Zoe has given to Edith Rose during her time with us.

We are going to miss her more than she knows, but we are so excited for her as she begins her next chapter. 🥰

Thank you for an amazing 10 years, Zoe. Once an Edith Rose girl, always an Edith Rose girl. 💕🌹

🎓✨ School Leavers Party 2026! ✨🎓

Today we celebrated our wonderful school leavers with a very special party! 🥹💗

We got cosy for a film, enjoyed lots of yummy party food, and finished the morning with plenty of music, dancing and fun! 💃🕺🎈

It was such a lovely way to celebrate all of the amazing memories we’ve made together before our little graduates head off on their next big adventure. 🌈🎒

We are SO proud of you all and can’t wait to see you shine at big school! ⭐️💛

🐻🧺 What an incredible Teddy Bears’ Picnic & Family Fun Day! ☀️💜

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful families who joined us today. It was so lovely to see everyone coming together to enjoy a day full of smiles, laughter and making special memories.

From meeting the adorable animals, face painting, arts & crafts, garden games and picnics in the sunshine ☀️, to seeing so many happy faces throughout the day – it truly was a fantastic event!

A special thank you to Basil & Crew Mobile Farm for bringing along your amazing animals and giving the children such a wonderful hands-on experience. 🐐🐥🐴

We’d also like to say a big thank you to New Windsor Community Association for kindly allowing us to use their fantastic venue. It was the perfect setting for such a special day.

Finally, a huge thank you to our incredible Edith Rose team for all of your hard work before, during and after the event. Your dedication made the day one to remember.

We hope you all had as much fun as we did and can’t wait to welcome you to our next family event! 💜

The excitement is building at nursery as we’ve been celebrating the World Cup with lots of football-themed fun! 🇬🇧⚽

Our little stars have been:
🌾 Exploring football sensory trays and small world matches
🎨 Designing and painting their own England flags
🧊 Exploring icy footballs in our sensory play
👕 Matching and decorating football kits
❤️ Learning about teamwork, cheering each other on and celebrating through play

We’re all ready to cheer on England tonight in the World Cup Semi-Final! Wishing the Lionesses the very best of luck – We’ll be keeping our fingers crossed and shouting COME ON ENGLAND! 🦁⚽❤️🤍

🇺🇸❤️🤍💙 HAPPY 4TH OF JULY 💙🤍❤️🇺🇸

The babies had a wonderful time celebrating Independence Day, through sensory play and creativity! They explored red, white and blue coloured rice by scooping, pouring, filling and emptying, supporting their curiosity and developing their fine motor skills. They also enjoyed decorating their own American flags using pens and paint dabbers, creating their own masterpieces ⭐️

Learning through play is always the best way to celebrate! Wishing all of our families a Happu 4th Of July! ❤️🤍💙

🌙✨ Celebrating Eid al-Adha ✨🌙

Our little learners had so much fun exploring Eid through creative arts and sensory play today 🐑🎨

The children used glue and soft cotton wool to create fluffy sheep pictures, developing their fine motor skills and enjoying different textures along the way. They also designed beautiful Mehndi-inspired hand patterns using brown paint and markers, showing wonderful creativity and imagination ✋🏽✨

It was lovely to see the children learning about cultural celebrations through hands-on activities, creativity, and lots of smiles! 🌟

Today, the children had a wonderful time celebrating World Otter Day by creating their very own little otters through fun gluing and sticking activities - They carefully added faces, paws, and tails to bring their otter crafts to life! ✂️🎨
